The HalSi Difference

HalSi is unique among Medicare insurance brokers because we have been in business for over 20 years. When we opened our doors in 1992, we made a commitment to provide the best customer care in the industry. This includes:

  • You Call, We Answer. HalSi does not use an automated phone service. When you call, a real person in Tucson answers the phone during business hours. You don’t have to push 1 for English, navigate menu options or speak to someone overseas.
  • We are Part of the Community. HalSi is a local business and a part of your community. Our agents are easy to reach and we are available year-round.
  • Independence. As an independent insurance broker, we are solely motivated to meet your needs, not push specific options. We will help you find the best plan for your needs and budget.
  • Salaried Agents. In addition to our independent status, we pay our agents a salary rather than commission. This eliminates high pressure sales and insurance company bias so they can focus solely on addressing your needs.
  • Trained Agents. Every one of our agents receives the annual training required by the Center for Medicare Services (CMS) as well as the 10 hours of continuing education required annually by the state of Arizona.
  • Privacy First. We are HIPPA compliant and take all reasonable precautions to protect your personal data from misuse or breach.

Your time is valuable so our agents work as a team. If the agent you first spoke with is out of the office, another can assist you so you don’t have to wait. In addition, every agent is licensed and is subject to a rigorous background check, including finger printing, prior to employment.

The alphabet soup of Medicare Parts A, B, C & D, Medicare Gap Coverage, MAPD and PDP….. CONFUSING!

Here at HalSi Insurance Services, we have certified agents that will take the time to provide you with a personalized hands-on review of all of your Medicare options and assist you in making the right choices for your lifestyle and budget.

  • Am I eligible for Medicare?
  • What are Medicare Parts A, B, C, and D?
  • Why do I need a Medicare Gap / Supplement? And which plan is right for me?
  • What is a MAPD (Medicare Advantage Prescription Drug Plan)?
  • What is the difference between a Medicare Gap / Supplement Policy and a MAPD plan and which one is the better choice for me?
